Right have a strange one here so though I would see if anyone had any ideas what it is.

I'm having a rear wheel rubbing against the rear brake when I apply lots of the power when pulling away, the wheel is true and the frame is straight and never been crashed and knocked.

It happens when the left crank is at about the 5 o'clock position and only rubs for about a split second and only happens when pulling away for a few strokes.

I have adjusted the rear brake so it never touches or anywhere near when the bike is pedalling in the bike stand ?

Is it your overshoe on the pedal arm?

You probably wouldn't hear it when you get going...

(This has happened to me.)

You need to go to a 'proper' bike shop (where they can build wheels) tell them your problem and ask them to re-tension your wheels i.e. increase the tension in the rear one. It may be that your wheel is too worn of too low spoke count, too light for your power/weight or low quality in which case you may want a better quality/higher spoke count wheel.

Check the skewer is tight, also the bolts holding the dropout in if applicable. Finally check that the cones are properly set up if your wheels use them
