Wireless computer to TV

Hi,

My dad has bought himself a new toy which (in theory) contects the whats on the computer screen to the TV via to remotes that plug into the HDMI port on the TV and the USB port on the Computer.

However, it isnt working Any ideas on why not? ANything we can try?

Sounds like a nightmare,

firstly does the PC recognise the USB device (e.g. driver installed),
then is there some application that came with it that confirms it is working,
then is it properly configured (does it have to be setup in a app to start streaming)
then can you confirm if the receiver (TV) end if recieving a signal (you may need to move it next to it to eliminate any out of range/blocked signal shenanigans)
is the receiver correctly setup (plugged in, connected correctly, any radio channel options?)

Is it using Intel tech ? ...the Netgear Push to TV box is as you described, but requires the prescence of a the latest models of Intel display adapater in the laptop to work...something you need to check if its that kind of device

Sorry guys, I was tired and getting a headache!

We got it to work in the end Well I did and the thanks I got from my dad? You jammy little st Great amusement writing dad is gay in big letters in word on the laptop then seeing it appear on the TV Immature? me? Never.........
