Plan to visit there Easter time, for one of our bi-annual MTB trips... want to stay around Keswick... and want a house that sleeps at least 10. Initial searching not produced a great deal, any of you lot know any places around that neck of the woods for that sort of number?

can recommend this place, good location in coniston and the breakfasts were great.
its a B&B not a bunkhouse but worth a try.

I did find an awesome bunkhouse once which I'll try to find, a propoer old barn with nothing but matresses on the floor and an outdoor shower, you had to be brave.....

We (group of runners) stayed in a big place in Keswick a few years ago. I'll look for the details...

At my age, I like my creature comforts... so barn sounds a little 'rustic' for us..
