Is it right hand drive? Must have been rare when new let alone now. On a SORN and last moted in 2008, so not that long ago, must be worth saving surely.

Yes, its RHD. By the excellent condition, maybe South African. I doubt if it would be so good if it were a UK car from new. Very easy cars to work on, its only the size that is the hassle unless you have the space.

First UK reg'd in Jan '66 - always likely with that plate.

Spotted this morning, just been taken to Albert Looms breakers yard, all recovered from the same garden 3 in total.

It is worth remembering that the fact that many of these older cars end up as washing machines is the reason those that are left are economically viable to restore!

My only view was from a traffic jam in SE1.

The bottom corner of the door seems to fit rather badly,actually looked like it wasn't shut fully.

I can't see a leaper on the bonnet which could make it a Daimler. Then it'd be a Double Six if it's a V12.

If it's got a V5, it's saveable. Just send it to Eagle, they'll make a replica of its VIN plate then throw the rest away... laugh
