Over the christmas period I have become a fan of whisky, a glass or 2 in the evening on a Friday and/or Saturday. I have the following types:
Chivas Regal 12 years old
Glenmorangie 10 years old
Bells blended
Black Grouse
I think these are all the stand bottle you can buy off the shelf in local super markets.

Now my question is what other types are the like the Chivas Regal as this is my favorite and I would like to find some others like this to try out.

Thanks for reading and any help you can offer

I believe there is a chivas regal 15 (maybe 18) years old you might be interested in.

The Chivas 18 is on offer in Waitrose at the mo, circa £28 or so.

Caol Ila 12 yo is £23.99 is Tesco, and well worth it.

Johnnie Walker Green is a nice drink too....

Try buying a few miniatures to find out what malts you like. Buy a few from the different areas and then buy full bottles from the area that you like the best.

To make your current collection of completely standard whiskys complete though all you need is a 12yo Glenfiddich.
