Thanks guys for organising this today. Went very well IMO, easy in easy out, very well priced bacon baps and coffee, good to not be ripped off for substandard food!
Bring on the summer one and more bikes, including myself

Garlick et al, thanks for organising. Interesting array of cars, good fun wondering around knowing that everyone there is a car nut. First one for me, but will definately try to come to another.

Top car for me was the fresh-out-the-box 911 Turbo S or the pearl white NXS.

Another good turn-out though.

Apparently I was the 1000th through the door, had my photo taken....where is my prize dammit?

Shame about the V6 C2 having a few issues! Excellent food, Impressive Minis on show.
For me though the 997 Turbo S please, or Storm Trooper Exige

Fabulous turn out, so a huge thanks to everyone who made the effort to get out of bed early (that isn't you, CW7 biggrin). Fantastic atmosphere today, everyone was in good spirits and there was the usual broad display of metal on show.

Favourite cars for me included the box fresh white 997 Turbo S (dream spec), the gaggle (I don't know the correct collective noun) of Bristols, the Rover P5B and the Aston Martin Cygnet paperbag which turned up unannounced and was a big draw.

A huge thanks also to those of you who generously donated food at the gate for the poor starving wretches (that's us) who counted everyone in. We had quite a collection so thank you to those of you who donated, amongst other things, hot cross buns, a full tray of Krispy Kreme rings, a couple of BK breakfast sandwiches, Hob Nobs, a bag of warm jam doughnuts, some thorntons chocolate, flap jacks, muffins, and a special thanks to the lovely lady in the Rover who left us with a full box of some very delicious home made mexican pasty thingamajigs that I can't remember the name of. There was that much food, it was like Christmas day afternoon. Outdoors. Without the Queen, or any presents.

We're thinking of theming the food requests by arrival time next time. If you turn up late, you'd better bring roast beef...

Well, my first Sunday service and I must say I thought it was excellent! Thank you to all of those responsible (if you could call it that hehe) for organising it so well, and thank you to everyone who bought along their cars for our viewing pleasure smile The Aston Cygnet was a surprise, it certainly drew a large crowd!

Thanks again all, I look forward to the next one!

Great morning, bacon and sausage rolls were ace! Great collection of cars, loved the Skoda with the 'When I grow up I'll be an Audi' sticker.

Thanks to all the SS team. Looking forward to the next one.

Ben
Black Saab Hirsh (need new front tyres now after smoking them in first, second and third up the access road). Throttle was stuck officer!!
Ahh so it was you with the stealthy Saab, very nice! A gentlemen of many more advanced years than I was gushing about how potent it was. I did notice the slim tread on the fronts biggrin

Big thanks to Mini and the PH staff for a great event, nice to meet and greet very friendly like-minded folk. I only wish I'd had something to add to it - mine was the boring grey Focus in real need of a clean, parked next to some beautifully-sonorous TVRs.

Roll on the next one!

Another great SS.

Superb range of cars on show. Loved the LP-640, Scuderia and the 997 Turbo S. Back on planet earth, there were a lovely pair of Bristols. wink The bacon rolls and coffee were excellent value and served with a smile, which was nice. The Cygnet was "unusual" but we convoyed back with it up the A44 and the chap peddling it was doing a fine job. Good man biggrin

Looking forward to seeing the pic of the parking spaces at the end of the car park wink

Was that you when we went along the A40 in a little gathering? MG ZS and Civic Type R.
There was a black RS6 as well. Then there wasn't.
