rumour has it you will fight both but the lambent kill everyone so 3 way battles will be happening i just want to play some horde, it has to be one of the best online gametypes ever.

well i heard it was out in April but i've seen a date for end of feb as well. game just has 2011 against it.

i think it was originally due for release march/april (and was on target), but from what ive heard its now been delayed til around xmas so M$ can use it as the flagship title in the run up.. so it can try shift more f'in consoles.

I doubt they have delayed it for that reason, personally I'd rather wait till it's 100% ready then rush what could be one of the best games ever.

It's been listed as "Fall of 2011" for a couple of years now...

Shame they've got a working Demo that they've been using at expos but haven't released it on live yet...

apparently so : Gears of War 3 delayed to fall 2011, delay was a business decision, says Epic

In a statement from MS, the publisher said the development team at Epic Games have done great work thus far readying the title for release in the Spring of 2011.
But it further added: However, wehave elected to move the launch of Gears of War 3 until Fall 2011 to make it the marquee title for the holiday season.
