Didn't see the programme, but I have been there - friend has a villa just down the road, and we went testing there last year. (not for the race resort experience) It's such a lovely part of the world anyway, plently to do in the area, and the racetrack is fantastic - Ascari do all their testing there with the Euroboss F1 cars too.

£100K+ membership fee + whatever daily/hourly costs their are.. yipes !

If you've got that kind of money to spend on track days etc, then you'd be the kinda person that could hire out Donington, Cadwell Park etc. by the day.. which is what I'd rather do.

I guess if you had that kind of money then you could probably also do both! (hiring the 'ring for ones self would be a nice idea!!)

Amazing the stuff Klaas Zwart is getting up to. Must have done OK out of Petroline...! My dad used to race with him in Tuscans back in, ooh, I guess 1990/91 ish...? He was a great guy and always made me and my brother laugh with his whacky ideas for sports cars. Then he went and founded Ascari. Fair play fella...!
