Bought these, as I figured my halogens were getting a bit old (had them five years)

These are unbelievable! If you're in the market for some decent off road lights, seriously worth considering..

Did you originally have halogen Lumi's? One of our group recently upgraded from halogen units to the LED one and it's VERY bright, and I think he retained his battery/charger from the halogens. Good option if you already have the bits.

I still insist that Ay-Up LEDs are the "new" Lumicycle though: modular, robust, reliable, good design, good company smile

Yup, twin halogen set up from Lumi... so yesterday had both the LED and Halogens on the bike...

For the cash I'd have one of the Exposure lights over the lumi, personally.

No cables to rub on the frame and a much neater, lighter and more integrated system - http://www.exposurelights.com/product/000053/toro-...

Glad you're enjoying your light though nevertheless!!!! Night riding is quite a buzz!
