Saw the DB2 in the Aston section and agree it looks really nice. I've just added this to my collection to keep the DB MkIII company. Always wanted to go pre-war (although some may say the Feltham Astons are pre-war in feel wink )

1933 Lagonda Special Six Tourer and so I'm rather excited by this!

Indeed but the chassis rails are under the carpeted bit and the door closes over the box section. When inside it feels quite normal. smile

p.s. Epoch911 note that the cills are the only bit of body that is steel, the rest, of course, being ali' so worth getting some Waxoyl or something in them. smile

It's just been broken in like a pair of boots; lovely.

I know a chap with one of these in similar condition. His dad bought it back in the day for £5000. It runs but isn't on the road yet. I think he intends to sort it mechanically then just keep it maintained as is. As he points out, a car is only original once and I agree with him.

We've made the most of one of ours today, popping down to Goodwood for the Breakfast Club before a saunter around some Sussex A and B roads... This was taken on the road from West Dean to Singleton....

Stuck the GT6 in hibernation offloaded the TR4 and bought a TR3 as a winter project. Getting some side screens made up and then making a list of ways to spend any spare dosh, first up some welding smile

Is that a TR5 in the background? TR3 will seem prehistoric after the GT6 etc, I've driven them a couple of times and can't say I enjoyed it much. Possibly insufficiently hairy chest.
