And my 30litre fuel tank
At the risk of sounding stupid here-

30 litres is only ~6 gallons
1 engine probably does about 30mpg
2 engines will probably be somewhere between 15-20mpg (maybe less if you drive with a sense of enthusiasm)

so you will only get between 100 and 120 miles on each fill, which doesn't seem enough to me.

Other than that though it's
-stupid
-un-nescesary
-overkill
-probably dangerous
-needless
-mindless

and i fking love this project!

30 litres is £40 in reality,
Its not a motorway car so wont be on long runs anyway, purely build for track/strip/fun,
naturally i will be havin the odd sunday afternoon run out in it, we all need a nice steady sunday drive now and again lol

It also looks like the fuel tank runs right next to one of the exhaust manifolds, and the cap is an air tight cap from the top of a jerry can.

Ever opened a jerry can that has been left in the sun for an hour or so?

Look a little closer and youl see 3 pipes at the top of the tank. 1 return from front engine. 2 return from rear engine and 3 breather pipe that goes out to rear of the car.
Also the manifold has a heatsheild that you can actually hold your hand on when engine us upto temperature plus the tank is now insulated right down the back of it.

C2V6 has already built this car once, remember, which is one time more than most of us have built a twin engined Citroen C2. biggrin

Lol very true Dave.
A lot of things I did on the 1st build is done differently on this build mainly due to better ideas iv come up with to improve various parts.

Great work sir and great attitude if I may say, especially considering the previous misfortune.

It is very impressive, do you think you could make it to the BMW SS with this?

Very nice car, I was at FCS yesterday and saw you're grand unveiling.

Thought the announcer and his chav bird were annoying though, the ones hosting your unveiling. It appeared he knew bugger all about your car or the story behind it.

Would prefer the term "twin V6" rather than V12 but that's just me wink

As previously mentioned, orange wouldn't have been my choice for the bonnet, but overall it is looking well, any chance of some finished internal shots?

Nicely done, well done for finishing
