One 850 too many, advice needed!

I have a problem. I keep buying Volvo 850's! I now have three and only space for two of them, so one needs to go.
If you were in my position which one would you part with?
1)
Car: Volvo 850 T5 Estate (manual)
Year: 1997 (P)
Colour: Silver Sand
Mileage: 187,000
+'s: Stunning condition inside considering it's covered 187k. It's the CD spec so has everything and is generally in very good condition, including privacy glass. I've spent about £2,500 on it over the last two years and so it's packed with new bits, including new clutch, cam belt, RMS (and pretty much all other oil engine related seals), new rear springs... (the list goes on).
I MOT'd it last June but then bought an R, which I've used since! So apart from the odd trip out (it's started perfectly) this one's not done many miles over the last 12 months.
-'s: Air con isn't that cold and the heated seats don't work, as per most 1996/7 850's!

+'s: It's had thousands spent on it over the last three years. I bought it a year ago and have used it as my daily driver in place of my silver T5. I've done about 20k over the last year and it's never let me down.
-'s: It's picked up a few stone chips and I had a new windscreen fitted last month. Inside there are a few rattles and the heated seats don't work.
So, I'd be interested to see which one gains the PH approval and is therefore a keeper, based purely on that info!

Really? I assumed that as I bought the car second hand from a private seller I wouldn't be entitled to a recall fix at Volvo. I should mention that they have already been recalled and fixed once before! There are two sets of wires under the seat, one which has been taped up.
That may be a different matter then if they've already been done on the recall!
