Wasted a minute trying to see a picture of it on the website. 'Look at us, we're clever engineers we are, we've got wind tunnels and dark clothes and everything. What's that? You want to see the bike? Oh… it's over there somewhere.' Horribly portentous web design.

makes me laugh that given all the time and money they have clearly spent on this project they havent solved the problem of having four cables poking around at the front. I'm not fully up on UCI regs but sticking the rear brake at the bottom of the seat tube is surely a better position for it if you want to reduce drag?

people like cervelo have been doing this kind of research for the last 20 years, specialized just like shouting about it.

Wow! Tapered head tube, internal cabling, aero forks!
What innovation!

Marketed straight at minted MAMILs I'd wager...

Edit: actually it's a nice bike but as mentioned above, just show me some proper photos of the thing...

It doesn't paint the Felt AR1 in a very good light.

The Boardman AiR range are probably half the price and probably better. At least they are being used in international competition.

All of these bikes are sub UCI and need weight added to make them UCI legal. I guess Spesh just have to add more weight than anyone else.

It's a pretty bike but there is nothing revolutionary about it.

That top tube shape does nothing for me at all. Just me?

Don't think it's a patch on the Scott F01 from last season which is aero without looking like a mess like that Specialized and the Felt.

With composite technology as advanced as it ia why is a frame still two basic triangles made from a wing profile. I still prefer this to all the alleged modern designs.....

I'm sure brakes and gears a a simple modification.

UCI says that bikes should look like those you can buy in your lbs, for better or worse. As a result they all look the same, something like happens in F1 really. Only bikes that look different these days are mtbs, particularly DH based ones, and some of those are dead ugly.

MAybe not the best looking Maclaren, but it's the only one I can afford, even though it's still bloody expensive for a bike.
