Clubbed. Felt like I had been.

Blitz. You'd think a combination of Jason Statham, Paddy Considine and David Morrisey might turn a poor script into an OK film. It didn't. The only up side was that Zawe (I know) Ashton has nice legs, which I didn't know before, or at least her body double does, perhaps....

Just wasted 2 hours of my life watching Noah. Probably the worst film, script, acting I have ever seen in my life. It was cringeworthy and I was almost laughing out loud at the dreadful storyline.
Please don't waste your life on this complete load of rubbish.

What an earth was Ray Winstone thinking of?
Errrrr....... a big pile of cash?

Oblivion......visually stunning, great special effects.....but I was lost regarding the characters and story within 30 minutes. Somewhat a mixture of Bladerunner, independence Day, Star Wars and oh who needs a story when he scenery is amazing and on Blu ray it will visually entertain. 2/5.

Full English Breakfast......Dreadful.

So I'm thinking an English gangstery type thing (Snatch, LockStock), throw in a bit of
DeadMans Shoes and you could have a good film.

Wrong, I can't believe a reasonable budget movie could have such bad script writing and
the acting was appalling.

Wyatt Earp, not a bad film as such but it was just so long 3hrs+ and for long periods not a lot happened. Still a couple of good gunfights helped smile

5.5/10

Dom Hemingway, Jude Laws new film.

Just seemed pointless and plotless.

actually no, read an interview and surprisingly he was paid relatively little, he did it to raise his exposure in Hollywood as he has drifted into obscurity over there

watched two stinkers this weekend, the aforementioned Lone Ranger and Hammer of the Gods(utter tosh apart from some good fight scenes with lots of blood.

I watched Battlefield Earth on Amazon prime... Jesus.

I actually found myself tilting my head from left to right and back every few seconds. Made me slightly ill.

If you watch it you'll see why laugh

Got dragged along to watch Divergent last night. Even the missus apologised for talking me into it as we came out. It's not dire, but squarely aimed at the same market as the Twilight drivel (i.e. teenage girls). 5/10.

Anchorman 2
When compared to the original it's just not even remotely on the same level. It's not funny at all. Quite dissapointing!

Lone Ranger - its not terrible, its just not good. Its hard to watch, its all over the place, you couldnt care less about the LR himself (Armie Hammer just isnt a leading man) and Depp just plays a pirate in indian getup. We persevered and it took 3 watches of 45 mins each to finish it.

Avoid it - you'll get nothing out of it but boredom and regret.
