uploading pics to pheads from iphone 4

(iPhone 3GS, captured screenshot/photo/whatever uploaded to imageshack with the imageshack app and then the url from imageshack pasted into the PH post using [pic] tags.


Same thing with a photo taken on iPhone today ....

Does it only work if you use image shack then? normally I just use the uploads beta thing

iOS doesn't support in browser upload, so the thumbsnap option on the main site won't work on your phone..

A lot of mobile users use the photobucket app (I do), it works very nicely..

Cheers, I dont really upload many photos so might as well not bother with a photobucket account and just wait until i get to a computer.

I use photobucket. Upload from the device, and get the link there and then. This is one of the things I think iOS NEEDS to sort out when we get iOS5. The ability to have a documents folder that all apps has access to, so you can upload, and download stuff. You can download to apps like filebrower, or air sharing, but uploading should be possible.
