Sky+ HD audio woes.
Discussion
A bit of advice from the PH Gurus please.
I have a SKY+ HD box which is wired up through a Samsung Surround system. Recently I've lost audio output from all but the HD channels. However I do get audio on the non HD channels directly through the TV speakers which I normally keep muted when the surround amp is working.
The Amp is connented to the Sky box by an optical cable and the TV is connented via HDMI.
I can't figure what's gone wrong. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really grateful!!
Cheers.

That's very strange... I know the Sky Box only outputs some channels (HD and Movies) with Dobly Digital (5.1/2.0), the rest use PCM.
There might be a PCM setting that's been inadvertently changed on the surround system, do you know the model number?
Cheers, I'll check that when I get home. There might be a PCM setting that's been inadvertently changed on the surround system, do you know the model number?
Bizzarely however when I had BBC1 on Channel 101 this morning, the audio arrived after about 90 or so seconds after the picture on the screen. Strange.
