Wireless AV senders

Fingers crossed I'm going to be moving into a new place fairly soon. In my current place I spent far too long chasing cables into walls, hiding them under floors etc, and the new house is 3 floors so I really don't fancy doing it again.
I'm likely to have 3 sources - Sky, DVD/BluRay and Media PC. Is there a sensibly priced option for sending this signal wirelessly around the house? Probably to a total of 4 or 5 TV's (although typically I expect only 2 will be used at any one time).
I see the likes of Keene do composite video solutions at about £50 (for a single tx/rx setup) and HDMI versions for about £300. Are these roughly the price points for low and hi definition? What is the quality like?
