I sold an item on an eBay auction.

The winning bidder now does not want it.

I have made a second chance offer to the second highest bidder.

What happens if the second person does not want it?

Do I have pay fees and then re-list it and pay fees again?

Thanks.

You open a dispute and ebay will credit the fees to your account and the buyer will get a non paid strike. Means fk all really but atleast you get your money back, sort of.

You can offer a second chance offer to the 3rd, 4th, etc place also. But beware that they would only pay their maximum bid, not the winning price.
