I have a thug of a neighbour and we have been feuding for years.. he has had 12 various charges against him which have accumulated to nothing, and after a long ongoing immature pointless battle he has played his latest move.

He has half parked his car on my land, and isnt moving it,even the police asked him and he said no,it isnt causing an obstruction to me getting in or out.

As its on my private land its a civil matter, my question is..

I was about to build a wall between the properties where he has parked across,if I were to start building the wall and concrete bricks in under his car not touching it so he couldn't move it,is that illegal ?

He could of course remove them but would be classified as vandalism & a charge ( again ).

I know this sounds petty but unfortunately I've been dragged into it.

looking forward to any answers.. please help !
