How can you report someone for dangerous driving off a vid?

As title says, before you all moan watch the video and tell me he still deserves a license.

How do I go about reporting it to the police, given he has full name as username and he's easy enough to find on FaceBook etc it should be easy to prosecute surely?

I am definitely not the camera car. I'm saying camera car driver still having license is ridiculous.

Surely it's just a case of Yorks police searching DVLA records for Scott Margerison, bringing up address details - does he drive a 335d and sound like a bit of a bellend? If so then prosecute, I reckon even I could do that.

So how do you go about reporting that to the police? Which stretch of road is it - need to know which force it comes under first I guess!
