Speed Camera, M25 East bound, Near Clacket Lane Services

I saw what looks to be a new HADECS3 camera double flash, when passing at 85 leptons. Pretty much impossible to spot this camera, mounted low and in grey with no road markings.

Any idea if they are live as yet, or is this a trial?
