Neighbour using sorned car as storage

As per title, my neighbours are now using their old Corsa as storage(it has cardboard and a big backed tv in it at the minute)

It has been parked up on the garden for a year or so now and is frankly a mess.

The house is rented but we cant find any details for the LL as the LR has him as living at the address in question.

Can anything be done about the eyesore that is next door?

That's not hard to find out, the mortgage shows up in the land registry and the LL has it listed as HIS address, to me that says it's on a residential mortgage and not a BTL??
