I'm not expecting to change the system, just venting my frustration really.

Back in Oct 2012 I was involved in a non-fault accident where the other party (HGV) merged (crawling pace) into the side of me while I was stationary in traffic because "he didn't see me". It all got sorted and life continued for about 2-3 months until I started receiving cold calls from essentially ambulance chasers trying to get me to file a claim because "money has been set aside". I dismissed them and assumed it would die down but no, I am STILL receiving them almost daily 2 years later.

Why is doing the "right thing" the hardest option? I just want some peace! furious

Thanks for that but I have already registered as a consequence of all this. I think the problem stems from this being an historical thing because my details were distributed/sold prior to me registering? Short of binning my number and starting fresh I'm not sure there is a magic fix frown

No im on EE, and like i said these calls are specifically related to the non-fault accident claim I was involved in 2yrs ago. They have all my details and the accident report so its obvious this level of detail was provided by one or both of the insurance companies involved.

Like i said its more the fact I did the right thing by not claiming for whiplash but I'm being punished by my choice via relentless calls from numerous numbers. I already have 20+ added to a "straight to VM" contact in my phone yet still they come.
