White van man - rules of the road explained

All these from personal observation over the past 4 weeks:
1. When entering a roundabout, I don't need to give way to traffic already on the roundabout
2. Red traffic lights are only "advisory"
3. Speed limits, particularly 30 & 40 in built up areas (where there are elderly people, kids, animals) don't apply to me
4. Its perfectly OK to drive with a fag in my right hand and a phone clamped to my ear with my left hand.
If there are any BiB reading this - when are you going to do something about these morons?
