Mentalist Lodger issue

I'm renting my spare room out to bring in a few extra quid. Out of all the people interested one sounded too good to be true. Registered disabled and wanted to clean the house and look after the dogs leaving me options to get out more etc.
I let her move in and told her I'd write the agreement up and we'd commence things from the 1st of Feb. I worry she will not be able to pay, after overhearing a phone call and suspect that she's bat s
t mental.
If she can't pay can I tell her to leave? Call the Fuzz if need be?
I suspect the power to mental ratio is quite high in this one, any advice on this would be appreciated.
If it's too good to be true it probably is etc.

I'll keep you posted if she turns up with the cash fair do's, though the vibes I'm getting are that she's mental and won't have the cash. That and some conversations where it turns out she had her kids taken away due to her in laws saying she was mental. I suspect realistically bunny boiler terriotory.

Yep, well I'm still alive but just very busy at work. She's still there, plants have moved in and she's promising the rent and DSS forms. If they ain't there this week she will be evicted from the Snoop Bagg residence. Barking mad, she's cleaning and moving stuff in my house to where she wants it....

I'd been really busy setting up my business and doing some crazy hours. She used that to her advantage and although she had money to get her hair cut and go out for dinner and generally take the piss she never paid any rent!
Anyway she went out for a meal one sunday and I locked the door.
Left her a note on the door after I'd told her what'd happen if she didn't sort it and putting it in a letter.
She came back and sat in her car on my driveway and waited for an hour or so?
I called the Police and said there's a stray mentalist lady on my driveway, Police asked if she could come in and grab her belongings. I explained it'd be on their head and I'd followed advice I'd read on Pistonheads.
Did the trick, and I made sure to toss a can of red bull in her direction as she drove off!
Never trust people, especially mental ones, always have an agreement, and keep a can of red bull in the fridge just in case.
