Office Contract

Forensics did turn up but I don't know whether they found anything the second time round, the first time round they found quite a lot of blood on a broke piece of glass/floor

I'm wondering whether the first time was kids to scope out the place and the second time was associated adults?

First time was smash and grab but more smash - second time was a lot more organised...

Does anyone know if we have grounds to get out of the office contract due to the break in's, it just isn't a safe environment to work at the office 24 hours a day which is something that was sold to us when we moved in - in my mind it isn't fit for purpose any more...

Also we were told (admittedly in passing) the building had not been broke into before - also not true.

Any advice would be welcome - we have approached them and they aren't making it easy

Sorry I should have clarified that, we have a 12 month contract with a 6 month break in the middle - the way It reads is that you could say it was at the start or end of this month (we are choosing the latter) when we approached the office they claimed no knowledge of this though we do have it on paper... concerned they will try and hold the deposit back, but we will see next week.
