Disposing of property now ex wants it back!

After a very acrimonious split from my then partner i was told several times by her including text messages to get rid of her stuff as she didnt want it back.Now 2 months later surprise surprise she wants it back,but i have chucked it out where do i stand as she is now saying its a criminal matter.

yes i do have the texts ,ive even had a PIN issued on me for harrasment as she wouldnt answer my calls or respond to my texts when i wanted my stuff back from hers,she is a proper nut case since this kicked off and i just want to get on with my life.
