My other half has sole parental responsibility for her daughter, the Dad sees the child on a Sunday, bit of a feckless waster, pays a pittance and contributes nothing, even his time is hitty missy, the child is coming up 12, my missus is worried he could apply for P.R in a fit of spite, could he do this and would it be granted?

As a footnote I'm massiveley in favor of Dad's rights as I'm seperated but not when they are dicks

thanks
Andy

thanks for that, what's the standing if the child doesn't want to see him?

(genuine question) why would you not want him to have parental responsibility?
I have no issues and I'm in the same boat as him with regards to seperation, he makes Frank Gallagher look like father of the year for one
