That turns normal folks into absolute complete total and utter cock jockeys? Almost every single time I'm in a 40/50/60/whatever average speed zone there is some militant tt sitting in the right hand lane just below the posted limit. This usually equates to at least 5mph below the limit on GPS. Usually I end up passing on the left, doing the actual limit on average according to the trip computer, only to be passed by said knob jockey once the restriction ends. If they are so obsessed with being self appointed police folk, why don't they sit in the right hand lane at an indicated 68mph refusing to move over for anyone? It's bizarre. I've had them speed up *just enough* to catch the car in front then speed match to form a rolling roadblock. It's as if the mentality is "I'm doing this speed, so nobody else can go faster". But this doesn't extend to normal roads. Just, why?

Because they can
Sure, and they can in a normal 70mph limited motorway, so why not do it there too?

I'm referring really to those who are without doubt absolutely knowing in doing this; it's the self appointed police aspect I just don't get given that the behaviour ceases the moment the limits come to an end. What gives someone the right to force others to travel 10mph than they legally could otherwise? I ignore and pass on the left mostly these days, but occasionally you just have to wait whilst one of these pricks deliberately blocks alongside a car in lane 1.
