Bought something on Amazon, direct from manufacturer.

Developed a number of faults and contacted them to return. They don't respond through Amazon but 15-20 mins on hold everyone u call to customer services gets me through to them. They said twice they would send a box to return it. Took 6 calls to get the box which we to small. Arranged collection they didn't collect.

Anyway other half tried to submitt negative review and they refused it. They emailed her and she put all her issues including the poor customer service in and email, They are now saying that when we bought it through Amazon we signed up to their terms which having read all, the terms I cant find on the Amazon add / order.. They say we have agreed to no refunds and only repair or replacement how after nearly a month I have yet to get it back to them and I don't have time to ring them all day.

Can they override sale of goods act ?

I should note that today they have apologised and offers a £15 voucher however we have. £200 pushchair that's is falling to bits after 1 weeks use.
