Driving along a 30 road today, 3 or 4 lanes I believe it is just outside of Liverpool city centre.
I may have been doing 35-40, was distracted by an asshole hanging on my rear bumper, not that is an excuse, so didn't see the speed I was doing.

Anyway, a camera van was roughly 200ft away to my left, I was in the furthest right lane due to planning on taking a right.

Do I just sit and wait and see if a ticket arrives on the doorstep?

Are there any points nowadays or could it be a SAC and a £60/£90 fine?

Think it's obvious I wait and see if something lands on the doorstep.
Long day, thanks for your help.

Pretty much - subject to a couple of statutory exceptions, a NIP needs to be served on the RK within 14 days.

FPN = 3 points & £100.
SAC = 0 points, ~£90 and half a day off work.
Thankyou SS2.
