Just had a quick chat with a mate apparently as its a notice of intended prosecution letter it can only be 3 points and 100 pounds fine ? There is no mention of set points on the letter just an option to accept the points or deal with it by court hearing.
Unfortunately it was very much me that was driving.. have sent off the forms and will post back results : (. Just to clarify i wasn't merrily driving along at 64 in a 30 i pulled out of the junction just up the road.
