had crash not on policy

just used my mothers car and someone has just smashed into the back of me ( i was stationery waiting for someone to turn) just got home and checked my moms m=policy and she hasnt put me on as a named driver.

i have fully comp on my own car -and can drive other vehicles it says.

The old lady smashed straight into me and then pushed my car forward into her son's bmw who she was following. His car already had a massive bash on the back and there wasnt any damage he said he could see to his car.

i put my phone on video and video'd her saying she thought she would stop in time.

i dont think it was a cash for crash thing - they where just turning into a pub car park to meet family and she was following him.
He is a company director. If that makes it any better!

This is the second crash that the car has had now and it's not even a year old! Started to think it's jinxed.
