How to report incorrect signage

Road on the way to work goes from a 40 to a 30 limit, although there is a change in repeater signs there actually isn't a full size 30mph sign. There is a speed camera shortly up the road in the 30 zone so I guess some people may be caught out. Is there any way of reporting the fact there isn't a new limit sign?
