M180 Unmarked cars

Noticed an unmarked black BM coupe parked facing west on the Speed Detector Van hump on the westbound carriageway near junction 2 yesterday ... anyone know what this car was doing there ?

Yep the Beltoft Bridge (where you accelerate back to cruisin' speed )

I drive on the M180 a LOT - there are a good few unmarked cars on there lately. I've seen one with a private plate that picked up two cars racing a couple of months ago - Well, it only pulled one of them that I saw.
