Flashed by red light camera - there is a twist

Tonight i was flashed by a red camera. I was coming in the opposite direction to where the camera is situated and had to take action to avoid something on the road. I went through the light on amber however ended up in the wrong lane in front of the camera. It flashed my front number plate. Am i likely to get done for this ?
