CCJ from Civil Enforcement Ltd

Hi All,

I need some help pls. I just found out whilst applying for a mortgage ... :-( i have a CCJ against my name £237 from Civil Court Enforcement Ltd , Horton House, Liverpool. I have never received anything in the post , no notifications in writing, no emails, no calls, nothing , I have no idea how this has come about, can anyone help? how do i get this CCJ overturned?

I am rather distressed.
