Live streaming while driving

Sorry i should have been clearer in my excitement of posting in this section.
Basically people are live streaming themselves driving and basically copying what the fat comedian is doing in America with his sing-a-longs. You are getting either solo people doing it via their phones or 'families/multiple people' with the passenger filming.
No road is shown, just the people.
in one bit they said one driver looked at the road for a whole 12 seconds out of a minute while he streamed, another said he almost run someone over on a crossing as he was looking at his feed/phone while streaming.
Im not normally one that thinks social media should be used to prosecute (im thinking of the youtube hereos here) but this is different (to me)

Unfortunately we have alot of that with the trashy follow around a 'celeb' programme. Or is that what you meant as your intellect is above mine and im having trouble comprehending your point.
