Money claim online issue?

I started proceedings with MCOL to someone who has failed to pay a £1200 invoice, and won't respond to me.

As i predicted he has also failed to respond to my claim within 14 days, so i believe i should be able to win by default.


I started proceedings on the 4th June, and i have confirmation that the claim was issued on the 6th June.


Now i understand he had 14 days, plus 5 days from the 6th june, This takes us to 25th June. i.e. yesterday.


However I've gone online to "request judgement" but it won't let me, saying that not enough time has passed?


Am i missing something here? or is it broken?


Anyone been through this?

Should it just be a case of pressing "request judgement" ? or do i need to do something else first?

AGT i assume i would get notified if he filed a defence etc?

Just had a call from a worried man who doesnt want a CCJ

And has just paid in full, including the court cost and interest
