I was involved in a bump about two months ago where someone went into the side of the car. The drive failed to give way and she went into the side of the car. Cut a long story short, I am still waiting for the third party to admit she was wrong after her in tears saying she was so sorry.

Car's going back soon and if I am honest, I've been pretty disappointed in Aviva, they've been useless throughout all of this. The third party is also insured with them.

Any ideas what I should do?

I'd be giving them a call and asking how on earth she could not be at fault as she went into the side of your car, explain that the car is going back soon and ask them what they are going to do.

My fear is, she turns it around to say that I pulled out of a giveway and she went into the side of me.
