No I had no idea it was declared SORN. Yes the taxing rules on a new van apply and all that but we were going to send the logbooks off when I was back from holiday.

Van stored and stripped.

I stopped the cheque as I had the raging hump they did not do as they said they would. The van was broken into while it was there as well. Luckily nothing in it.

I'm guessing I will get the DVLA fine but not so sure on the clamping contractor.
