Missing Options - Advice please?

I have just bought a used Volvo XC60 from a specialist dealer. Having got the car home and driven it over the past week, we have realised that it is missing a feature that was definitely shown on the dealer's website listing. Whilst rain sensing wind screen wipers is a "nice to have" it is something that we wanted on the car, and are now disappointed that the feature is missing.

With modern cars having so many features, it's nearly impossible to check that every feature is in the car before purchase. Before I go back to the dealer I want to know where I stand if he plays "hard ball" and doesn't offer some sort of compensation.
