Taking the law into your own hands

I just read this: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/07/25/man-arm...
I wish it was legal to 'clip round the ear' all oiks who seem to think its acceptable to put their feet up on train seats, & any other chavvy muppet behaviour. 'Youth of today' & all that....

Wherever you look in life, it is predominately the thickos causing all the hassle.
This....All the tt chavvy morons, like the little sts who ride up & down my road on crappy 125s with straight through exhausts in the middle of the night, & the dear little oiks who refuse to put their used fish & chip wrappers in the bin adjacent to the bench they were sitting on & just drop in on the ground. The arse wipes who think its OK to smoke weed in the kiddies playground. Is it just me? Am I getting old & grumpy?

The kids with their feet on the seats know they are untouchable. The general public can't legally do anything, the train guard can't do anything, the police can't do anything.
Its totally maddening. Human Rights Act, various laws were brought in, with totally unforeseen consequences. Its analogous to the welfare state: fantastic idea to get the nation out of poverty & care for the genuinely needy, & now look at it - swarms of teenage single mothers, chavs/thickos, lawlessness, sink estates, TooMany2cvs said:
Step away from the Daily Mail.
Sorry if it came across that way, but I wouldn't read that rag even if you paid me!!!I vaguely remember the government trying to get rid of some 'cleric' recently, & got foiled at every turn by the Human Rights act. Not saying its right or wrong, just that there seem to be many unforeseen consequences resulting from well intentioned ideas.....
