Tyre fitting issue

Good morning

Just had a couple of front tyres fitted to my 55 reg Honda CRV, however in doing so the well known fitting chain (who I have never had problems with before - NO not Kwikfit), stripped the splines on one of the wheel studs ( or hub) when removing the wheel, well they said the stud is turning.

Should they resolve the issue or is that just something that's unavoidable

Thanks for that, I have accepted that life is a bh sometimes - and it may only be the stud that's lost its splines, or another hub will only cost £100
