As it says in the title really, I live just up the road from a 7.5t weight restriction which restricts the weight of traffic up our road. At certain times of the year we are inundated with loaded and unloaded tractors going past the house. I understand the need to breach the limit if access to the prohibited zone is required, however these tractors are just doing it to save a mile or too.

I have phoned local plod and have been waiting for a call back for a couple of weeks now.

Yep got to be over 7.5 tonnes they are using a fleet of JCB Fastracs which are 5.5 tonnes without a trailer.
