Roundabout

We're having a discussion on how one should proceed on this roundabout when turning left. Some are of the opinion that you cross the solid white line into the bus lane and some think that the bus lane shouldn't be entered at all. I've attached a paint diagram as the google maps image isn't clear. Obviously the paint image is quite rough and not to scale but markings on the road are correct.
