An engineer at work changed the registration on his car and forgot to inform Dartford crossing. He has since received fines for non payment. A friend of mine claims that these fines are non-enforcable and that he should just bin them. Is he right?
Thanks for the replies. He did have a standing order to pay for using the crossing but forgot to transfer it. Not sure what he's doing about the fines as I won't see him for two weeks.
