The missus has been caught doing 87mph, 1mph over the speed awareness course qualifying limit of 79 to 86mph.
What is she likely to get, the points and fine or will she still be offered the course? She has never been on the course before.
You know that she doesn't qualify because she is 1mph over teh range at which they offer the course...so why ask? What is she likely to get, the points and fine or will she still be offered the course? She has never been on the course before.
Why not write and say , she is only 16mph above the speed she is allowed to drive, can you let her off all-together...why not?
You must have known the answer when you wrote your post.
She will most probably be given a conditional offer of a fixed penalty of £100 and 3 points. If she doesn't want to accept that she can go to court and ask teh magistrates to decide...but it still won't be a course, Magistrates can't award one and she is going 1mph too fast after all.
the self-righteousness is defo strong with this thread.
Can't wait for her to get home and read these posts now.
