PCN Half printed

Got back to my car and found i have a PCN from the council. But its only half printed and they have the colour of my car wrong. Anyone any idea if i have a chance of getting it cancelled if i challenge it? Ill post a pic of it soon. Thanks.

Good news! I got the fine paid for free using the Park My Fine app. They have daily competitions to win your fine being paid - and i managed to get lucky! Check it out here https://www.facebook.com/parkmyfine/ might be handy for others if you get a fine in future.

Is the end result any different for me? No - I haven't had to pay it, so that suits me.

To be honest I didn't think Park My Fine was legit so wasn't counting on it. But I received an email yesterday saying I had won and they would be paying the fine for me.
