I think I saw a dirty plate getting done !
Discussion
I thought this had gone the same way as parking on the pavement, as in not enforced anymore.
On Friday I saw a car pulled over by a plain Police vehicle in Worcester, and the chap was cleaning his plate.
A big thumbs up to plod from me on this one, it isn't just about identifying a vehicle (although that can obviously be important), the plate is also a fooking great reflector.
